CANCELLATION POLICY
Our time together is important, and we reserve your appointment just for you. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. If the card on file cannot be charged, the fee must be paid before any new appointments can be made. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our artists’ time.
